Shipping policy

Local Delivery Only – We deliver to addresses within our local delivery area.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Payment is collected in person at the time of delivery.

Order Confirmation – All COD orders must be confirmed within 15 minutes of placement. Unconfirmed orders will be automatically cancelled.

Availability for Delivery – Please ensure someone is present to receive the order. Orders cannot be left unattended.

Payment – The exact amount must be ready at delivery.

All Sales Are Final – We do not offer refunds or exchanges, including for size-related issues.

Sizing Responsibility – Product sizes are listed clearly. Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size before ordering.

Failed Deliveries – If an order cannot be delivered due to unavailability or refusal to pay, the order will be cancelled. Repeated failed COD orders may result in restricted COD access.
